We ship to addresses in the continental US, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to PO Boxes in the 48 contiguous States.
Most standard shipping orders placed by 5 p.m. CST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. We will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. Most standard delivery arrives in 3 to 7 business days. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, unless otherwise specified.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If your order requires shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Each individual shipment will incur separate shipping and/or handling charges. Please note that some orders may take longer to process, such as the Designer (MoiSoli) and Knitting with Passion Collections.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Make your gift-giving with ease. As you proceed through the Checkout, you'll select a gift wrap option. We offer two options on all orders including sale items:
Standard Box or Bag - Free
Your item comes ready for giving (or receiving-for yourself): includes a white-color box or bag, with tissue paper and dual-color ribbon. Depending on the garment, we will pick either the box or bag so that your garment fits appropriately.
Deluxe Box - $10
Your deluxe gift box includes an orange-color, reusable box with tissue paper and reusable white-color, satin ribbon plus card on which you may include a personal message up to 50 characters.
