Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order for the returned item to be accepted, a Return Authorization Code (RAC) must be issued for each item. 

Please contact us at store@orangefolded.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

Returns without a return authorization code (RAC) will not be accepted - no exceptions. Items sent to us without an authorization will be automatically shipped back to the sender at sender’s cost. 

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must:

  1. be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered and in the same condition that you received it;
  2. be in the original packaging (for the Moi Soli Collection, we cannot accept returns of opened briefs, stockings, or other items that have come in direct skin contact for hygienic reasons);
  3. have all original tags attached;
  4. be a regular-priced item - unless specified otherwise, sale items, discontinued items, package deals, and clearance items are a final sale and are ineligible for returns;
  5. have the receipt or proof of purchase;
  6. product was purchased in the last 7 days.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above-mentioned requirements. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

In some cases, we will request that you complete a quality assurance form as requested by some manufacturers. 

Once you have received a Return Authorization Code (RAC), you will also receive information and a return address to where to send the item with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Only regular price items can be refunded. Unless specified otherwise, sale items, discontinued items, package deals, and clearance items are a final sale and are ineligible for returns. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

A re-stocking fee of 40% of purchase price will be applied for products not returned within our requested time frame of 7 calendar days. 

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately at  store@orangefolded.com  for assistance.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping from and to OrangeFolded. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Original shipping costs (if there were any) are non-­refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:   

Please note, the actual garment may slightly differ in appearance and/or color due to digital photography, settings on your monitor or mobile device. 

Each item arrives with a return tag attached and instructions for removal. Once any or all tags are removed from the garment, it cannot be returned.

The sizes of clothing vary between manufacturers and even between different designs by the same manufacturer. If a size conversion is provided, it should be used for approximation only. 

Sizes listed are as indicated on label.  European (EU) sizes may fit slightly smaller compared to American (US) sizes.  If a garment is labeled a EU size 'S' it may fit closer to a US size 'XS.'  Some garments may be without sizes, these items will have an approximated size. 

Due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not accept price adjustments.
